Remove quotes around `introduced_by_url` value

What does this MR do and why?

As pointed out by @a_akgun and @mvanremmerden in !106689 (comment 1211878279), quotes around yaml strings is not needed, so I'm updating the Dangerbot suggestion by removing the quotes.
