Add supported hash values to docs
What does this MR do and why?
This MR is a follow up from #323709 (comment 577481477). This documentation update adds the supported hash values for each package manager format to the package registry docs.

- Which formats does Helm support?
- Is this list still accurate?
- FIPS mode changes some of this but I don't think we need to document that here.
