What does this MR do and why?

The purpose of this issue is to add structured events to the first step of the new trial registration page (gitlab.com/-/trial_registrations/new) and the signup page (gitlab.com/users/sign_up)

How to set up and validate locally

  • Visit /users/sign_up. Fill up the form. Submit.
  • Make sure correct tracking event is populated.
  • Finish registration. Sign out.
  • Visit /users/sign_up. Fill up the form with the same username. Submit.
  • Make sure tracking event is not populated.
  • Visit /-/trial_registrations/new. Fill up the form. Submit.
  • Make sure correct tracking event is populated.
  • Finish registration. Sign out.
  • Visit /-/trial_registrations/new. Fill up the form with the same username. Submit.
  • Make sure tracking event is not populated.
