How to set up and validate locally

Navigate to System Hooks by

1. As Admin, Select "Hamburger" (3 Lines) Menu next to Tanuki Logo
2. Select "Admin"
3. Navigate to System Hooks in Left Nav
4. Card component is at the bottom of System Hooks
