Remove misleading strong emphasis in MR widget for vulnerabilities
What does this MR do and why?
I find the <strong>
emphasis on new
weird in case there are "no"
new vulnerabilities. It's an eye catcher, but the important part is that
there are "no new" vulnerabilities. Thus, if anything should be
emphasized then it would probably be the "no".
However, I think since there are "no new" vulnerabilities nothing should be an eye-catcher - there are probably other things the user should look at in this case. Thus, I've removed the strong emphasis alltogether.

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.
The bold new
is what I'm referring to here and which will be changed to normal text in this MR:
