Subscribes to real time updates the merge request checks in the merge request widget.

Screenshots are required for UI changes, and strongly recommended for all other merge requests.

How to set up and validate locally

• Enable realtime_mr_status_change feature flag
• Open the same merge request in 2 tabs
• Mark the merge request as a draft in 1 tab
• Notice the widget change in the other tab
