Add missing maven testcase links

What does this MR do and why?

Adds two missing testcase links that are causing duplicated test cases to be created. The missing links should have been caught by the qa:metadata-lint job. When there is no testcase link, we fall back to search but it seems there's been a regression in how search works. Possibly due to these changes.
