What does this MR do and why?
Improves deleting all merged branches experience by providing more clear messages and requesting user input regarding the amount of branches beeing deleted.

How to set up and validate locally
- Go to Repository > Branches
- Click on 'Delete merged branches' button. (If you don't see one you need to create some merged branches).
