Update CODEOWNERS Product Intelligence section

What does this MR do and why?

During review of !102289 (merged) I've noticed that Product Intelligence section of CODEOWNERS file is heavily out dated. First of all @gitlab-org/growth/product-intelligence/engineers was migrated to @gitlab-org/analytics-section/product-intelligence/engineers. Second a lot of new files and directories were added by ~"group::product intelligence" which were not attributed to the group in CODEOWNERS file
