Updating category of existing metrics from optional
to operational
per the request from Customer Success team here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-com/sales-team/field-operations/customer-success-operations/-/issues/1953
- Business Justification: To better support the current CS services provided to the field, and to be more consistent in collecting usage data from all types of customers, SM & SaaS.
- Why does CS need this: This will allow for further analysis into feature usage for our SM customers and help us become consistent with the usage data we collect for SaaS customers.
- How will this be used: Once these metrics are classified as operational, it will allow us to collect usage from our SM customers on cloud licensing, and therefore help us build additional reporting to analyze SM customer usage of Gitlab features.
