Replace GlSearchBox with GlSearchBoxByType

What does this MR do?

We removed the wrapping GlSearchBox component in gitlab-ui!206 (merged) in gitlab-ui and updates our gitlab-ui dependency to version 3.0.0.

This MR replaces all occurrences of GlSearchBox with GlSearchBoxByType.
