Science for more accurate/reliable board height calculation to prevent body overflow, double scrollbars, or off-screen horizontal scrollbars

How to set up and validate locally
- Load a board
- Add some filters (to cause scrollbar on filter bar)
- Resize window
- Cause an error to trigger a flash message (go offline and scroll a list or something)
