Pipeline mini graph dropdown scrolling issue

When resizing the screen, the dropdown in the pipeline mini graph does not stay on the page.

1. Navigate to CICD >> Pipelines
2. Click on a stage in a pipeline mini graph to open the menu.
3. Adjust the width of the browser window and make sure the menu stays on the page.
