This change removes the feedback banner that was added to the Admin Area > Runners view to gather feedback.

How to set up and validate locally
- Visit the Admin -> Runners page
- Verify the banner is not present
If you cleared the banner before, you may also clear your browser local storage or use a different browser to check.
