Observability theme and username params
What does this MR do and why?
Describe in detail what your merge request does and why.
Adds 'theme' and 'username' query params to the Observability iFrame url. The 'theme' param will be used to keep the light/dark theme in sync between GitLab and the GitLab Observability Platform, and 'username' will be used in future to invalidate sessions.
This is the GitLab side of this GOUI issue.
Also, change 'https://staging.observe.gitlab.com' to 'https://observe.staging.gitlab.com', a typo made in another MR.
