QA: Reduce flakiness of git-lfs related tests
What does this MR do?
This MR aims to reduce the flakiness of the git-lfs related tests by removing an assertion around Uploading LFS objects: 100%
appearing in the git command line output.
It also removes redundant project.visit! calls for Geo HTTP & SSH push QA specs.
