Multiple issue boards

Description

To be able to have multiple workflows, it'd great to have multiple issue boards for a single project or group.

Proposal

A simple dropdown to switch between boards. They'd work the exact same way, but the lists would be different.

The dropdown should allow you to:

• switch to a board
• add a new board
• remove an existing board
