Provide IDs for Reports

If we render a list of security vulnerabilities, or test reports for that matter, it is better to provide Vue with an ID. We should make sure that each report we have provides an ID field on the objects, which can be used as an identifier in Vue.

  Instead of using index should we get the ID from issue & map it in issuesWithState?
