Add QA Tests for ServiceDesk

One of the recent deployments broke the Service Desk functionality. It would be good to have qa tests for the same - gitlab-org/release/retrospectives#4 (closed)

As suggested here, gitlab-org/release/retrospectives#4 (comment 107776772) , MailHog is a tool worth considering for these tests.
