Description

We should redirect saturation and alerts from the patroni-ci instance to appropriate verify stage channels to improve alert visibility and organization.

Proposal

Following a similar approach to the one implemented in #581147 (closed), we can redirect alerts to either:

• #s_verify (general verify stage channel)
• A more specific channel dedicated to alerts Collaborate with verify to determine best location for those alerts.

Benefits

• Better alert organization and routing
• Improved visibility for the verify stage team

Acceptance Criteria

• Identify target channel for redirected alerts
• Configure alert routing from patroni-ci to target channel
• Verify alerts are properly redirected
