DAP Onboarding - GA to Post-GA

Purpose

This issue will be used to capture the current DAP onboarding experience for GA, as well as the planned improvements post GA. This will help clarify what will be in scope for launch, plus what is needed to make a state of the art onboarding experience.

Note, some of the post GA designs are not scheduled in yet. We can add a milestone here when the team has capacity to pick them up.
