Remove DAST_LOG_CONFIG configuration variable

Summary
Now that DAST has human-readable output, the DAST_LOG_CONFIG configuration variable is longer be necessary. This issue tracks the removal of this variable and cleanup of any related documentation that references logging to the console.
Background
DAST previously used DAST_LOG_CONFIG to control logging behaviour. With improvements to human-readable output formatting, this configuration option may now be redundant.
