BE: Expose last Duo activity timestamp per feature (ClickHouse version)

Summary

Currently, the user metrics table shows a general "Last Duo activity" timestamp, but it doesn't break this down by individual Duo features. This issue tracks adding the ability to see the last activity timestamp for each specific Duo feature using ClickHouse data.

Context

From the discussion in !211005 (merged):

• The current implementation shows overall last Duo activity but not per-feature
• For ClickHouse data, this can be easily built

Proposal

Expose last activity timestamps for individual Duo features such as:

• Code Suggestions
• Code Review
• Root Cause Analysis
• Other Duo features as applicable
