Work item consolidate list count not formatted with commas

MRs:

• Format work items count (!214236 - merged)
• Fix work item counts (!214971 - merged)

Summary

On the consolidated list, we now have a single count directly above the results set. Currently this is not formatted with commas as expected (see screenshot).
