"Something went wrong" when creating work item of a wrong type + weird handling of other types

2 bugs:

1. "Something went wrong" when creating group level issue or project level epic
2. "Ticket" can be created on the project, but it's shown as an issue (Or it's created as an issue? 🤔 )
