Make homepage refresh less disruptive
Currently, when the homepage refreshes to fetch the latest work items after inactivity, the entire page enters a loading state. This can feel confusing to users, as it looks like their own action may have triggered a change. We should explore lighter refresh patterns (e.g., background fetch with inline updates or skeleton loaders) to make the experience smoother and less disruptive while still keeping the data fresh.
