[FE] API integration for validity check with GraphQL

1. FE will query as normal via GraphQL request
2. FE will need to guard it with the accessAdvancedVulnerabilityManagement ability flag
   • This filter will only be displayed under "Advanced vulnerability management" requirements
   • Otherwise the filter will not be displayed
