Your Work > Groups edit path must use relative URL

Follow up for !198237 (comment 2635020798)

There are some Geo issues with absolute URls so that is why we switched to relative. But let's get this hot fix in and then we can figure out how to make the Edit action a relative path again. I think it is because it needs to be /groups/<group-path>/-/edit instead of /<group-path/-/edit.
