Geo: Document Known issue with Secondary site with separate URL has some links pointing to the primary site

• Steps to reproduce are:
  • Visit gitlab.foo.com (the secondary site)
  • Sign in
  • Click into a project
  • the primary location changes to gitlab.bar.com (the primary site)

According to customer that reported the bug: "It doesn't happen for project links on all pages, just some of them. E.g., on the main "Projects" page, the links lead to the primary site (incorrect), but if I then go to a group and view the project list there, the links lead to the secondary site (correct). It's not only projects, another one I just noticed are the links to the users participating in a Merge Request"
