Display changes in Dedicated hosted Runner Visualization

@gabrielengel_gl, left some feedback on the dedicated hosted runner vizualization:

• Rename Hosted Runner duration to Job Duration in minutes
• Rename Compute Usage to Compute Minutes Usage
• Both job duration & compute minutes should be displayed in minutes - currently this doesn’t seem the case - divide duration by 60 in the display code.
