Revision selector UI issue in the revision compare (using Enter keys)
Hello!
When I open "Project -> Code -> Compare revisions" and click on one of the branch drop-downs, paste a commit hash into the "Select Git revision" textbox and press the NumLock's [Enter], nothing happens. The regular [Enter] sets the value into the top input field just fine. (As I'm used to using the NumLock's [Enter], it looked to me that the whole commit comparison feature was not working.)
Pasting the hash in the drop-down yields no auto-complete results, but that doesn't matter for the comparison – when both hashes are set and the "Compare" button clicked, the comparison results are displayed just fine.
The issue is present also here (https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/compare?from=master&to=master), so it's present in the latest Gitlab version.
(This was not a problem in the locally hosted version 17.7 we were using until a while ago.)

Implementation Notes
Add numpad enter to the keys we listen to in the handler in revision-dropdown. This fix should be backported to last three releases (versions n, n-1, n-2) based on our backport pilot program.
