Proposal

• Add a new section of "Starred items" to the personalized homepage directly below the list of "Recent items"
• List out all* of a user's starred items in this section
• For each item, show the icon and title that best describes the item
  • The logic to define the icon and title is broken out into a standalone issue: #552108
• When a user clicks a starred item, navigate to the full page view for the target item

Open questions

• Given that we do not want to limit the number of items a user can star, how do we handle pagination?
