Frontend: Show project attributes in inventory table

Show the attributes applied to projects in the Security attributes column:

• include project security attributes in data fetched by inventory (mock data for now, real data in Frontend: Hook up loading project attributes in... (#560246 - closed))
• for project rows, show the attributes applied to that project
• for subgroup rows, show a de-duplicated list of attributes? or show the highest ranked attribute in each category
• limit the attribute list to a certain length (3), show a [+N more] indicator that shows the rest in a tooltip when you hover over it
