Allow entire row/card to open work items in new tab

Summary

Currently for instances where we open work items with the drawer, users can cmd / ctl + click on the Title to instead open the full detail page in a new tab. Since the entire row (for lists) or card (for child/linked widgets and board) is the trigger for the drawer, users often expect they could use the browser commands on the entire row/card to open in a new tab.

Proposal

Update the behavior so the following is possible for work item rows/cards:

  • cmd / ctrl + click, or middle click on the entire row/card (outside of other links within) opens the item detail in a new tab
  • shift + click on the entire row/card opens the item detail in a new window
  • right click on the entire row/card presents the user with typical link options ("Open in new tab", "Open in new window", etc).
    • Assuming this requires us to change the semantics of these to be a link element. Since there are links within the rows/cards, defer to engineering on the feasibility of this.
