Go get metadata is incorrect for module under subgroup

Summary

The go get metadata for my/subgroup/project returns my/subgroup.git instead of my/subgroup/project.git

Steps to reproduce

• Create a project in a subgroup
• Fetch the go get metadata GET https://mygitlab.com/my/subgroup/project?go-get=1
• The metadata is incorrect
