Feedback: Failed job widget

🧩 Overview

Verify team at GitLab has recently made available the Failed job widget to public. This widget lists all the failed job in a given pipeline along with some quick contextual actions, currently only for the Pipelines under an MR.

Few known issues that our team's making progress on:

1. Trigger jobs that are not supported yet
2. Downstream pipelines are not supported (Fetch failed jobs for downstream pipelines in f... (#418110 - closed))
