Frontend: Surface project topic in the index page

Problem

In many larger organization the component catalog is highly adopted and populated by many components, users would like a way to add tags to a component so it will be easier to distinguish them by category, when working in high scale

Proposed solution

We could leverage projects topic and surface them on the index page
