Geo: Staging-ref upload checksum failures

Staging-ref is showing upload verification failures on the primary site again since a fix for Deleted `vulnerability_remediations` records leave behind `uploads` records issue was resolved and cleanup performed.

There is a smaller number of errors on the secondary site also related to uploads
