Add source as filter on Jobs GraphQL

Problem to solve

In #459015 (closed) the source property of jobs added to the Jobs API and GraphQL.

In #474369 (closed) we need to be able to filter the Jobs by this source property also.

Proposal

Add the source property as a filter on the Jobs API and GraphQL.
