Change message for audit event for project compliance framework update

As per #480086 (comment 2071301358), we need to update the message for audit events when a compliance framework is updated for a project.

Tangentially the action text is not very clear, I wonder if we create a follow up to alter all our audit events to a standard format for this text. For example Removed "framework label": Basic framework, to make it clear the action, the object and the type. wdyt?
