Audit when frameworks change

Problem to solve

At the moment a lot of people have access to the compliance center (all the group-level maintainers, all the group-level owners, people with custom roles). Understanding who and what has changed in relation to frameworks is critical to ensure compliance.

Proposal

Add audit events for when a compliance framework is:

• created
• updated
• deleted
• assigned to a project
• unassigned from a project
