Vulnerability Explanation - Product data usage

What data do we want?!

On vulnerability records (/security/vulnerabilities/id) we would like to see:

~~MAU of GitLab Duo chat usage~~ We get this from the AI Gateway, any time a user makes a call using the API for this feature it will be recorded. The dashboard for these metrics are in progress and being tracked in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-data/product-analytics/-/issues/2027+.
Manual user feedback from GitLab Duo chat (following up with @tlinz in this comment to see if this doable today.)
