Dropdowns not closing during the peek behaviour

After interacting with a dropdown when peeking the sidebar, it can sometime get stuck open when the cursor moves away

@markrian there've been a few changes to the dropdown layout logic recently, so it's possibly a new thing:
@sdejonge I think we discussed closing dropdowns when collapsed state changed but didn’t implement during the peek behaviour. Seems like a reasonable approach to close dropdowns when sidebar state changes peek or collapsed.
