Service Desk - Custom email adress - Mail Forwarding / Issue generation does not work consistently
We are using the service desk with a custom email adress. In some cases everything works as expected: External user sends an email to our custom adress, forwarding works and a ticket is generated. Further communication via comments works as well. In other cases the external participant reaches our custom email adress and the forwarding works as far as we can see, but Gitlab does not open an issue.
