Proposal
One of the explicit purposes for supporting NuGet V2 was to allow developers to publish Powershell modules. I propose we add a section to GitLab's NuGet documentation explicitly informing developers that they can do so, with instructions and at least one example.

Someone familiar with our NuGet package registry implementation, and with publishing Powershell modules.
