Release full log viewer MVC

Description

In !145499 (merged) we have defined an MVC to have a new way of rendering logs.

This MVC aims to accomplish the following:

• Display a full log of a job that's not limited to 500kb and provide a way for users to bookmark relevant lines in their log
• Gather feedback from users on a "clean slate" in regards to what they want out of our log viewer
  • Feedback issue: #454817
• Test the performance of the log page in the wild using performance monitoring (Sentry).
