Board header button rearrangement

Following up from a conversation with @nickleonard at Summit in Las Vegas.

This issue covers some changes to make the header on a board less crowded, so that the search/filter bar has more room and less commonly used items do not take up scarce horizontal real estate.

A few prospective changes:

  1. move "Add list" to an element that's inline with the existing lists, out of the header
  2. Move options into a menu
    1. group by
    2. show labels

Proposal

  • Create a new disclosure/menu for "View options"
    • Relocate the Labels toggle to be in this menu
    • Relocate the "Group by" option (on Issue boards) to be in this menu, and change the terminology to "Epic swimlanes" which is more descriptive of the feature
    • Include a tooltip of "View options" for the trigger button
  • Change the "Edit board" button to an Icon button
    • Include a tooltip of "Configure board" for the trigger button
    • Update the title of the modal to "Configure board"
  • Relocate the "New list" button to be at the end of the column list in the board rather than the header
    • Use the default button style rather than the confirm style
  • Relocate the "Delete board" option to be within the "Configure board" modal (currently this is in the board selection drown).
  • Introduce ability to add a new list in-between current lists
