Design status banner

Problem & Task:

• When a designer makes design solutions, it might require different steps, and a designer might work on several designs simultaneously. Remember, all the different requirements and statuses on all designs would be overwhelming.
• When a designer shares design with counterparts, it is good to indicate which design phase it is in now, and one design issue could be worked on across different milestones based on the needs and priorities. Requiring everyone to remember the design status for each issue is a lot to ask.

This is not a mandatory, but an optional choice to use for designers
