Feature Request - Email filter in GitLab Service Desk
Proposal for a GitLab Service Desk Feature
A GitLab Service Desk email filtering capabilty to ensure:
- only a designated number of client emails can send mail to Service Desk,
- while others will be treated as spam.
There are projects already implemented such as spamcheck and akismet working under the hood to checkmate spam in GitLab.com,
however, I will like to see a user interface feature within Service Desk setting, that will make provision to whitelist emails.
This feature will help us have the flexibilty to have a streamline communication to designeted clients,
without the need of setting up additonal infrastructure for spam filtering and virus scanning.
