Unhelpful help text about "Limit access from this project"
Problem to solve
The feature is the soon to be deprecated "Limit access from this project" which is described at https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/jobs/ci_job_token.html#limit-your-projects-job-token-access with the unhelpful statement:
This feature is disabled by default for all new projects and is scheduled for removal in GitLab 17.0. Project maintainers or owners should enable the access control instead.
The "Limit access from this project" feature is a feature to specifically control (the projects) access. "Enabling access control" is literally what one wants to do when looking at this feature, so the statement reads as "The feature to do X will be deprecated, project maintainers should do X instead".
It is unclear how to limit a projects access to other projects once the feature is deprecated.
Proposal
Clear up the language to either point to the specific feature that replaces this functionality (restricting a projects access to other projects) or explicitly state that the functionality is removed without replacement (the similar "Limit access to this project" functionality does not cover all of the deprecated features use cases).
